BORN HATER is a global complaint index for public frustration. Strong criticism of countries, governments, rules, services, and culture is allowed. Hate toward people or identity groups is not.

No threats, doxxing, hate speech, racism, xenophobia, or illegal content.

Rule 1
No hate speech.
Rule 2
No racism or xenophobia.
Rule 3
No attacks on identity groups, including nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar identity.
Rule 4
No doxxing or publishing another person’s private information.
Rule 5
No threats, violence, terrorism, revenge, or coordinated harassment.
Rule 6
No illegal content.
Rule 7
No manipulated images, fake statistics, unsupported crime accusations, or conspiracy claims presented as fact.
Rule 8
Criticism must focus on systems, laws, institutions, services, culture, customs, or personal experiences.
Rule 9
Sensitive topics are allowed, but victim mockery, atrocity denial, violence justification, and blaming entire groups are prohibited.
Rule 10
Spam, ads, bots, and disruptive fake nationality claims are prohibited.

Forbidden examples

Posts like “all people from this country are uncivilized” or “this ethnic group should disappear” are prohibited because they attack people. Rewrite the complaint as a specific criticism of a system, policy, service, custom, or experience.
